The 95th Street at Stony Island Avenue Study is a Context Sensitive Solutions (CSS) project. It is anticipated that the Study will have a 36-month project schedule. The Department's preliminary engineering and environmental (Phase I) study is funded. However, contract plan preparation and land acquisition (Phase II) and construction (Phase III) are not funded in the Department's Fiscal Year 2015-2020 Proposed Multi-modal Transportation Improvement Program.
